Our specialty is repeat cleanings and after 4 years we certainly understand what is important to a repeat client is hassle free cleaning services so we offer the following features for your time saving benefit:

The Weekly and Bi-Weekly FREE Client Bonus
Our goal is to be sure that your home looks as good the day you move out of it as it did the day you moved into it. We guarantee that by cycling through the following periodic tasks, one each visit, for our weekly and biweekly clients:
- Wet wipe baseboards (May take 2 visits)
- Wet wipe window sills, door facings and frames (spot cleaned at each visit)
- Wet wipe entire outside of kitchen cabinets (spot cleaned at each visit)
- Wet wipe entire outside of bathroom cabinets (spot cleaned at each visit)
- Clean inside oven
- Spot clean inside of refrigerator
Almost all of our competitors charge extra money for these services but we feel it is our obligation to do them for FREE if we really want your home to always look like new. This extra service is free to Weekly and Bi-Weekly clients and available to Monthly clients for an additional charge.
Routine Tasks provided with repeat service
- Dust all furniture
- Dust open shelves, ceiling fans, air vents, baseboards, window sills and mini-blinds
- Clean mirrors, picture glass, inside sliding glass doors and television screens
- Clean and shine the bathroom tile, tubs, shower doors, commodes, sinks and counter tops
- Clean the top and front of the stove, as well as the burners
- Clean the top, front and sides of the refrigerator
- Clean the front of the dishwasher
- Clean all kitchen counter tops, sinks, small appliances and the microwave
- Collect and dispose of all trash
- Damp mop all of the floors
- Vacuum all of the carpeted areas
- Change the bed linens (if clean linens are left out for us)
Periodic tasks available with repeat service
Periodic tasks are included for free for our weekly and every-other-week customers. For those clients whom we visit less frequently, these services are available at an additional charge. Some of the tasks that are included are:
- Spot-clean inside the refrigerator
- Clean the oven and under the stove top
- Damp wipe the base boards and window sills (takes 2 visits)
- Damp wipe the door panels and frames
- Wet wipe the kitchen and/or bathroom cabinets
- Other
